How we will work 

 

 

1. Getting to know each other

 

I will explain visually and verbally which of my methods we can work with. When we have established a foundation of trust, we discuss the duration, number and frequency of our meetings.

 

You will receive a questionnaire from me for your self-reflection. We will work with this on a regular basis. You determine your goal, you evaluate how successful you are in achieving this goal.

 

2. Procedure  

 

In the first few meetings, face-to-face online meetings are useful. We discuss your self-reflection and record important results that we find in your questionnaire. Over time you will get more and more clarity.

 

Depending on how many meetings we have agreed with each other, we can also visually represent and "embody" your feelings and motivations. Often we have parts of the personality that oppose each other. The visualization helps to dissolve any blockages and to anchor and reinforce positive key experiences through your new behavior. Sometimes these experiences are a lot easier than you thought before.

 

From my own experience, I know that finding inner images that suit us can give our development an extraordinarily positive dynamic.

 

 

3. Finish 

 

At the end we will look at your questionnaire you have worked with. Where do you see yourself, now? To what extent have you achieved your goals? Which inner images or metaphors are the strongest for you? We will bring out your rational (intellectual) and emotionally strong motives. These will be an important anchor for you in the future.

Duration

 

 

Short : You have a clear goal. 3-5 sessions lasting 30, 45 or 60 minutes

 

One of the simplest models is the GROW model. It's easy to learn and very efficient.

 

GROW is good for developing and implementing concrete steps and helps you develop your own ideas. Each GROW session follows exactly the same structure and is highly effective.

 

 

 

 

Longer-term: From 10 sessions. You want to find and define your goals, practice, implement and strengthen your new behaviors. Individual duration 30, 60 or 90 minutes

 

For longer coaching projects, I work out and visualize the cycle of my client's previous actions and the cycle of their future, more goal-oriented activities (this is sometimes a gradual and longer process).

 

Here we also work with metaphors and your inner images. Your subconscious helps you to use new ways of thinking and feelings to amplify your change.

 

For this I use, for example, the Zurich resource model .
